In the 2014 New York Times Book Review Notable Book Building A+ Better Teacher: How Teaching Works (And How to Teach it to Everyone), journalist Elizabeth Green takes an eye-opening look at what exactly makes teachers great. At this event, she will share the findings from her investigation, both in the U.S. and abroad.

About the author:
Elizabeth Green has written for the New York Times Magazine and many other publications. The cofounder of Chalkbeat and former Spencer Fellow at the Columbia School of Journalism, she lives in Brooklyn, New York.
